Fractional CTO

I work with your CTO, to support them in delivering your product and engineering strategy. For companies without a full-time CTO, I work directly with your engineering and product teams, as well as your C-suite. I plan and implement a culture of rapid delivery and quality.

Coach

I am trained in Solutions Focused coaching. I have found this approach to work especially well for executive coaching with engineering and non-technical leadership. Topics of interest have included communications; leadership style and personal development.

Technology Strategist

I provide advice and guidance, most commonly to your CEO, CTO and CPO. I can advise on technical strategy; organisational structure and team growth; product strategy and roadmap; leadership and team dynamics. In this role, I will often coach and mentor your CTO or other senior team members.
